The presence of US military bases and troops is a clear manifestation of the presence of US imperialism in other countries. Its bases and troops are instruments for its continuing occupation and colonization of other countries. It is also to counter anyone or anything that will hinder its expansionist and hegemonic interests. This list is open only to members of the International Campaign Against Overseas US Military Bases. Its main purpose is to facilitate a communication channel and provide greater coordination and dialogue between the members of the steering committee and the wider membership on a world level.
